We already proved it in 2022, when at K 2022 we presented a project in collaboration with BOBST and other partners where the machine proved capable of converting materials ready for recycling into pouches, by running thinner films and preserving their barrier properties.

ENERGY-SAVING BAG MAKING MACHINES
Our machines are equipped with a kinetic energy recovery device which ensures savings of up to 20% on total energy consumption.

Photovoltaic panels
Since 2012, the premises in Dairago have been equipped with 765 photovoltaic panels, with a nominal power of 183,60 kWp, through which more than 2.500.000 KWH have been produced so far.
Energy efficiency
LED lighting systems, appliances, computers and other class A hardware peripherals have been installed, covering 50% - 75% of the systems and structures in the ELBA offices.
Sustainable mobility
We encourage sustainable mobility by providing charging stations for electric vehicles in both ELBA locations.
Reduced emissions
Atmospheric emissions from our production are less than 50% of the regulatory limits imposed, proving our commitment to reducing the environmental footprint and, consequently, contributing to protecting the air, environment and human health.

We strive to adopt sustainable practices every day, from using renewable energy sources to minimizing and recycling waste to being an environmentally and socially responsible company.
